For some orders, we require customers to upload photo ID including but not limited to PAL, drivers license etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are uploading the correct information. Any information that is deemed to be uploaded in error will be deleted by P.O.C. at the earliest convenience.
P.O.C. will store customers’ uploaded identification images until orders have been delivered, at which point the images will be deleted at P.O.C.’s convenience. P.O.C. makes a conscious effort towards the security of customers’ data but will not be held liable for any security or data breach, in any circumstance, as limited by law. P.O.C. Should any security or data breach result, the customer/purchaser/user agrees to hold P.O.C. and all owners, agents and employees harmless against all costs, liabilities, damages or claims of any kind.
