We require proof of PAL for purchase of all magazines.
We require proof of RPAL for purchase of most handgun parts.
Do I need to have a licence to order gun parts from POC?
Depending on what you need – all magazines now require valid PAL, we also require valid RPAL for many handgun parts. If in doubt you are more than welcome to send us a question using our contact form at the bottom of the page.
Does POC sell firearms and ammunition as well?
Not yet, but we are hoping to sell ammunition in the near future! Currently Parts Only Canada does not sell firearms, ammunition or reloading components.
Is there a FREE SHIPPING option?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $250. Simply add items to your cart and free shipping will automatically be applied once you’ve exceeded a $250 subtotal.
I placed an order but have not received order confirmation. What should I do?
If you placed an order and have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If still not present, please reach out directly to [email protected].
Why can't I pay to add shipping insurance to an order that also qualifies for free shipping?
If you need shipping insurance, you must select one of the insured shipping methods. The insured shipping options are sold well under the actual cost. This is done to allow a built-in discount equivalent to the value of free shipping.
Additionally, we do not make any profit from our shipping methods.
I need something that isn't on your site. Can you get it for me?
If it is a Canada compliant and non-regulated gun part, we probably can. The typical lead time is 1-2 months.
Note that you should expect to pay more than the listed MSRP when browsing US-based gun part websites. This is because we will have to purchase the item(s) and then have the item(s) imported for you.

I need a part for a really old gun. Can you get it for me?
We get a lot of requests from people looking for individual parts from guns that were obsolete decades ago. If you have an obsolete gun, it is usually challenging and can be expensive to find parts. Most of the time, if the gun is worth a few hundred dollars in good condition, the best option is to find a parts gun on this side of the border. If that is not an option and/or the gun has sentimental value to you and you are willing to “pay what it takes to get it done” then please send us a message with all relevant information. Date of manufacture, model number and exact specifications. As much detail as possible is helpful. Often these parts will need to be imported so expect to pay significantly more than what is listed on eBay in the US (for example).
Does P.O.C. sell parts for hunting rifles or shotguns?
At this time, most of our parts fit the Ruger 10/22, Mossberg 500/590, SKS rifle, and Glock pistol platforms. Check back soon for more inventory!
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, P.O.C. only ships to Canadian addresses.
Can I modify the items I purchase?
You can, but this may void the warranty on the part(s). If you are concerned about this, please reach out to us through our contact form.
While all parts are compliant with Canadian law when sold, we do not provide legal advice regarding modifying parts purchased from P.O.C.
Please ensure that all local and federal laws are followed.
I bought parts from P.O.C. but don't know how to install them. What do I do now?
For trigger and action parts we recommend installation by a qualified gunsmith.
For all other parts, we encourage owner installation provided you have the appropriate tools and are careful during installation. Google is a great resource for minor work like a stock replacement, forend replacement, or adding optic/accessory rails.
I used the contact form but haven't heard back. Now what?
If you messaged us through the contact form and have not heard back within 1-2 business days there is a high likelihood that your email address had a typo in it. Please send us another message ensuring that your email is typed in correctly, or reach out directly to [email protected].
Does P.O.C. allow backorders?
Yes, on select items we allow backordering. All users must read our backorder policy before placing a backorder. By placing a backorder, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
If the item is out of stock but does not have the option to backorder, you can still contact us and ask about it. Typically in these cases the wait time is quite long.
